TUESDAY - Introduction to Yoga

Everyone was once a beginner. Starting with a breathing technique (pranayama) to check in with your body. Warm-up postures them slowly be introduced to Sun salutations.

THURSDAY - Introduction to Inversions

This class will make you aware of your core and shoulder strength plus stability. The postures are delivered in a progressive way with plenty of adjustments. Come with an open mind, you may surprise yourself.

Deep Tissue Massage

Full Body Massage

Deep tissue massage will work out the knots from stressed, overworked muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to alleviate immediate pain, as well as chronic joint and muscle pain. It also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. Consultation prior to treatment.
